PUBLIC INVITATION

to offer without engagement for concession assignment

 

  1. Concession is assigned for utilization of construction site of the existing recreational centre for building of business-recreational water complex in the total acreage of 168.383 sq. m.

 

  1. Building of the business-recreational water complex is based on utilization of thermal water existing springs:

 

-          Thermal spring Topličica – moderately radioactive Ca-hydro carbonate hypoterma (24°C; 2,5 nC/l) with min. Capacity of 86 cu. m./h.

-          Thermal spring Ze-1 Krečaves – Na-hydro carbonate hypotherma (52°C)with capacity of 30 cu. m./h.

 

  1. Business-recreational water complex is to be planned for all around the year oparation, the capacity 1000-5000 visitors daily (max. 7500 during summer) and has to contain min.:

-          the new hotel with 200 beds, with min. 4 stars with business-conference facilities,

-          heating duct with pump station for transportation of thermal water Ze-1 Krečaves to the complex location,

-          internal and external pools of 4000 cu. m. total volume and 3000 sq. m. area,

-          sport and recreation fields,

-          construction of necessary utilities over the whole complex.

 

  1. Concession is assigned for at least 30 years.

 

  1. Upon concession expiry date the constructed objects become the property of concession giver.

 

  1. The concession allowance amounts 1,00 kn /year.

 

  1. Town municipal authorities will not charge the concessionaire for:

-          municipal contribution,

-          allowance for connection to water supply sistem,

-          allowance for connection  to drainage system,

-          allowance for connection to gas network.

 

  1. Town Sveti Ivan Zelina will give all the professional support to the concessionaire regarding:

-          procedure of registration of concession company with the residence in the Town Sveti Ivan Zelina,

-          procedure of issuing the necessary elaborates and construction licences,

-          issuing of concessions for utilization of thermal water springs.

 

  1. Procedure and conditions of offer submission for concession assignment is stated in the tender documentation.

 

  1.  Internal and foreign private enterprenuerses and companies can compete.

  1. Tender documentation is to be submitted with the advance payment in

      the amount of 1.000,00 Euro  to foreign currency account

      established with Zagrebačka banka.

 

The mentioned documentation can also be submitted by DHL mail or it can be taken in person.

 

  1. The term for submission of offers without engagement is valid up to 3,00 p.m. January 17, 2005 (Central European Time).

 

  1. Tenderers whose offers without engagement entered the closer selection will be invited to binding offer.
